Each year the Ireland France Chamber of Commerce (IFCC) and the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie Franco Irlandaise (CCIFIRL) join together to make special "Joint Business of the Year Award" to select companies in each country, for their outstanding contribution towards bilateral trade and investment between the two countries.
Previous Annual Award winners have been: BetEire (Senef), Keenan Group, Lincor Solutions, Norkom Technologies, Barclay Chemical Ltd., Eurotranslations, Promosalons Irlande, Dalkia Ireland, Kleerex Group, Approach People Recruitment, and Punch Industries.

IFCC and CCIFIRL will present the 2009 awards at the following events:
- Annual Business Award Lunch on 22nd October, Dublin, Ireland
- Annual Business Award Lunch in November, Paris, France (Date tbc)
