The company is responsible for the distribution of Peugeot vehicles and parts to a 39-strong Peugeot Dealer network nationwide. Since its foundation in 1969 by the late Con Smith, the Group has enjoyed consistent success. In Ireland, Gowan Distributors currently holds 4% of the combined car and LCV market.
