For the last 14 years, Jean-Louis has been living in Ireland where he strengthened his professional knowledge as he worked as an Export Supervisor at Software Packaging, a Trade Compliance Analyst/Manager at MS, and a Trade Compliance Manager at Novell. Currently working at Symantec as a Global Trade Compliance Senior Manager, Jean-Louis specializes in customs, regulations of Dual uses as stated by the American laws (EAR, OFAC, etc.) and the European laws, as well as in transport.
